Terms of service

TikStoryViewer is a free tool for viewing and saving publicly posted TikTok content. Using the site or its API means accepting the following.

Not affiliated with TikTok

TikStoryViewer is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.

Content ownership

Creators own what they post. Downloading a copy gives you no rights to it. Reposting, monetising, editing into an advertisement or otherwise publishing someone else's video needs their permission, and you are responsible for obtaining it.

Acceptable use

• Public posts only — do not attempt to use this tool against private accounts.
• No automated scraping, bulk extraction or resale of the service.
• No circumventing rate limits, signed links or any other access control.
• No use for harassment, stalking or any unlawful purpose.

We may rate limit or block access that breaks these rules, without notice.

Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of uptime or of continued compatibility with TikTok. Features may change or stop working without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TikStoryViewer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the tool or of the content you retrieve through it. You are responsible for how you use what you download, including complying with copyright law and with TikTok's own terms.

Takedowns

If you are a rights holder and want content blocked from being resolved through this tool, emailsupport@tikstoryviewer.co with the post URL and a note confirming you hold the rights. We will action it promptly.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised; the "last updated" date at the top of the page changes when they are. Continuing to use the tool after a change means the revised terms apply.
